I doubt anyone cares, but I need to get this out of my fucking head

just found out that my parents and little sister are more than likely (80% certain) moving to Singapore for my dad’s job. I knew about the possibility of it for over a year now. but fuck, this puts a lump in my throat. I’m just starting to get a relationship with my sister due to our 7-year age difference. I’ll miss her the most really. but this means no more home cooked meals, no more family meals at restaurants, and no more family in general. the only perk of the whole move is that my mom and sister are guaranteed as much time here in Louisiana between my sister’s private school (the company is providing her with a decent private school), but thats 25+ hours of flying and layovers combined. that means summer is really the only time, other than probably Thanksgiving and Christmas, that they’ll be home. hopefully his company will pay for tickets for me to visit, but let’s be real here…

I guess the best thing I can do is enjoy the rest of time with them—but fuck, growing up sucks.
